This service will consist of leadership assessment and coaching. It will provide leaders with understanding and learning of their own strengths, challenges, and underlying motivators. The result will enable leaders to clearly understand their own personality, so will enable them to better self-lead, lead their staff (downwards) and their managers (upwards). The work will include a Judgment assessment, which will provide detailed information on the leader’s processing style, decision-making approach and their openness to feedback and coaching; 

This Leadership Development service will include a series of meetings, online personality assessment questionnaires, feedback sessions, data analysis, and coaching sessions. The coaching sessions will be focussing on mitigating risks related to personality and behavioral challenges and will result in a comprehensive development-planning and guidelines for leadership development.
